Our customers, as well as the children who will play on the equipment, are welcomed and encouraged to tour our manufacturing facilities in Kettering, Northamptonshire, and to view our manufacturing processes at first hand.

BS EN 1176 Certification

Children's safety is Mclays's first priority and our products are independently tested to the appropriate British and European safety standards. Take our advice - ask to see test certificates before you purchase.

BSI Quality Control Registration

As a BS EN ISO 9001:2000 registered company, Mclays has a total quality control management system, which ensures the highest standard of raw materials, manufacture and installation of our playground & sports equipment.

Paint Finish

Our metal equipment is either treated with a zinc metal thermal spray or galvanised, which extends the life of the paintwork and helps to reduce maintenance costs. A lead and cadmium-free polyester powder paint is then applied electrostatically, creating a corrosion resistant finish. This metal 25 year metal guaranteefinishing system enables us to confidently provide our customers with extensive guarantees.

*Occasional on-site painting may be necessary in order to avoid transit damage, in which case our guarantees still apply.
