Bow Top Fencing and Gates are manufactured from mild steel. The Fencing and Double Leaf Vehicle Gate are supplied galvanised only as standard. The Single Self-Closing Gate and the Pedestrian/Vehicle Gate are supplied galvanised and painted yellow as standard to highlight entry/exit points. Other standard Wicksteed colours are available on request and must be specified when ordering.

The Bow Top Fencing and Double Leaf Vehicle Gate are supplied galvanised only as standard. If you require the fencing to also be painted with a standard Wicksteed colour, please specify when ordering.

One leaf is bolt down and lockable, the other is a self-closing single gate with hydraulic mechanism. Supplied galvanised and painted yellow as standard to highlight entry and exit points. Alternative Wicksteed colours are available on request when ordering.

*Hydraulic Unit
Both our Single Self-Closing Gate and our Pedestrian Vehicle Gate with self-closing leaf have a built-in dual-action hydraulic unit, with a self-closing, 'progressive' mechanism which makes the self-closing leaf virtually impossible to slam shut and prevents it from bouncing back when it's pushed too hard. It has an anti-trap mechanism and can't swing beyond its stop point. The gate is adjustable and can be set to conform with RoSPA's recommendation to close within 5 to 7 seconds.

The Bow Top Fencing and Gates listed on this page are standard sizes but other heights are available.
